David is the U.S. Head of Data and Information Risk at Norton Rose Fulbright where he leads the practice on e-discovery, privacy, cybersecurity and information governance. He has a particular focus on global data protection, cross border discovery and data analytics. David teaches "E-Discovery" at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
