Carla Luh is a Finance partner in the firm's Hamburg office and heads the Infrastructure, Energy, Resources, and Projects practice in Germany. She focuses on infrastructure finance, project finance, and public-private partnerships. She advises lenders, sponsors, borrowers, and investors on a wide range of international and domestic transactions. With many years' experience in drafting and negotiating finance documentation, she is the right person for advice in relation to complex infrastructure and energy projects. She brings vast experience in the renewables, roads, and social infrastructure sectors.
