Britta Warren focuses her practice on commercial and bankruptcy litigation, with an emphasis on creditor’s rights. Britta provides clients with business-oriented legal advice and has experience in representing creditors in all chapters of bankruptcy, receiverships, foreclosures, distressed asset sales, and fraudulent transfer and preference litigation. Britta leads the firm’s trust and estate litigation practice and has acted as lead counsel in many of the firm’s complex commercial litigation matters. Britta is licensed in both Oregon and Washington and regularly practices in both jurisdictions.
