Bridget advises on financial services and markets regulation, regulation of OTC derivatives and banking regulation. She is local counsel to the International Swaps and Derivatives Association Inc., provides industry opinions on netting, collateral, margin and clearing under ISDA agreements and assists with ISDA's Africa initiatives. Bridget assists clients with the drafting of hedging transactions, structured derivatives, including stock loans and repo's. She advises FinTech companies on fractional share rights trading, CFDs, mobile money, non-bank lending and product innovation. Bridget lectures on derivatives law and the new clearing and margin requirements for OTC derivatives under the Financial Markets Act.
