He has over 20 years of experience in both private and public offerings of securities in Mexico and abroad, advising issuers, investors, underwriters, holders (including Retirement Fund Managers - AFORES), intermediaries, rating agencies and consulting firms, including in the offering of corporate bonds, government securities offerings, development capital certificates (CKDs), Real Estate Investment Trusts (FIBRAs), Energy and Infrastructure Investment Trusts (FIBRAs E), securitizations of various types of assets (such as automotive, mortgage and payroll loans, equipment and machinery leases, and infrastructure projects and others), and ESG bonds.
