Tony Forte concentrates his practice in the area of commercial real estate development and transactions, with an emphasis on site acquisition, land use approvals and permitting, construction, historic preservation, and leasing matters. Most recently, Tony has provided real estate legal counsel to clients in the multi-family residential, retail and hospitality industries and has assisted clients with major mixed-use developments and other large construction projects in Philadelphia. He has worked recently with large universities and health systems on significant real estate and land use matters. Tony is known for a win-win approach that builds consensus among property owners, community stakeholders and government agencies to achieve successful results on the most sophisticated, complex projects.
