Practice Areas
Annika's practice focuses on M&A and corporate law. She advises corporate and private equity clients as well as family businesses on a full range of M&A transactions, including auction processes, carve-outs, minority investments, joint ventures as well as reorganisations. She regularly advises international clients and has significant experience in cross-border private M&A transactions.
Career
