Annie Cook represents oil and gas pipeline, terminal and LNG clients across the U.S. on traditional and renewable energy, transportation and safety-related legal matters at the federal, state and local levels. Annie regularly advises on pipeline regulatory compliance and enforcement defense matters, including construction, operations, maintenance, incident response, and security issues. Annie has assisted clients in successfully challenging administrative agency actions at the federal appellate level. She also assists with legislative and regulatory rulemaking advocacy, as well as confidential investigations and compliance audits, including criminal investigations led by the Department of Transportation’s Office of Inspector General.
