Annett has many years' experience acting in numerous national and international arbitration proceedings as part of the arbitral tribunal and also as counsel. She focuses on post-M&A matters (including complex tax disputes and corporate law disputes). She also has extensive experience and expertise in the energy disputes sector. Annett's litigation practice focuses especially on complex commercial, civil, tax and corporate cases.
