Andreas Haberl is specialised in contentious intellectual property disputes, in particular in patent and design litigation. He represents clients in infringement proceedings and parallel validity proceedings and he often advises on the drafting of licensing and R&D agreements. Andreas also supports clients in IP related transactions.

Andreas Haberl is co-author of the textbook on „European and International Patent Law“ and of the IP book “Beck´sche Formularsammlung zum Gewerblichen Rechtsschutz und Urheberrecht”. He regularly publishes articles on judgement of the Federal Court of Justice (BGH) and on the Unified Patent Court and the Unitary Patent.
