Experience
With more than 20 years of experience as a litigator and insolvency lawyer, Alexandra Szekely has worked on numerous high-profile cases and on a large number of insolvency matters.
Domestic and cross border litigation: financial and banking litigation, shareholders' disputes, disputes in relation to the negotiation, performance and termination of contractual relationships, enforcement and asset recovery, follow-on actions, misleading advertising and unfair competition claims.
Insolvency matters: advising shareholders, debtors and creditors in financial crisis situations, and representing shareholders and managing directors in the context of liability claims.
Her clients range from major international banks to family-owned French companies, in a range of sectors including financial services, banking, technology, energy, and food & beverages industries.
