Alexander Kolb

Practice Areas

Alexander’s practice focuses on Corporate M&A and Private Equity. He advises large corporates and financial investors on their complex and strategic M&A transactions, including both private and public. His experience in private M&A includes advising clients on major acquisitions and disposals, domestic as well as cross-border. On the public M&A side, Alexander has advised on numerous landmark transactions, including takeover bids, take-privates and mergers of listed companies.

He also has significant experience advising on corporate governance matters.

Career

Joined Gómez-Acebo & Pombo as a partner in 2023.

Previously he spent 23 years working at the Spanish offices of international law firms, since 2011 as a partner.

Alexander is a Spanish-qualified lawyer. He holds degrees in Law and in Business Administration and has pursued PhD studies in Law.
