Agnieszka Skorupińska is a partner and Head of the Environmental Law & ESG Practice at Rymarz Zdort Maruta. She advises companies on environmental regulatory issues, development projects, and the environmental aspects of real property and M&A transactions. She advises on ESG reporting, restructuring, green investing under EU Taxonomy and decarbonisation projects. She has successfully represented clients in many highly complex administrative and court cases. She has in-depth experience in waste projects, environmental impact assessment, soil and groundwater contamination, climate law, air protection (including IED, BAT conclusions, MCP and derogations), EU ETS, obtaining environmental permits (including IPPC permits), water management, noise, REACH, and environmental compliance.
