Among others, he advises on restructurings, transactions, in international tax law as well as in tax audits and contentious proceedings.
Career
Achim Dannecker studied philosophy and law in Munich and Constance. He was a government councillor in the tax administration and worked for an international law firm in London. Achim Dannecker has been an attorney since 1998 and a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2003. He is an honorary professor at the University of Heidelberg.
