■ Representing a major Bahrain based construction and civil engineering company as claimant against a developer of a renowned residential development in Bahrain for a claim of US$60 million (approximately)
■ Representing a client bank before the Bahrain Chamber of Dispute and Resolution (BDCR) in a case against a former officer of the bank claiming an amount of BD 5,348,300.500 for losses due to breach of contract, breach of duty, dishonesty and negligence
