Main Areas of Practice:
Watt Tieder attorneys handle complex design, engineering and construction issues and disputes that involve international and domestic construction, government contracts, suretyship, commercial transactions, and insolvency throughout the United States and around the world. The law firm has been responsible for litigating or resolving disputes on a wide array of major construction projects, including the construction of tunnels, bridges, sports venues, highways, airports, rail and subway systems, military bases, industrial and chemical facilities, wastewater facilities, power plants and commercial and public buildings.

The law firm also assists clients in the full spectrum of transactions related to the negotiation of design-build contracts, public private partnerships, and commercial developments. Watt Tieder clients include many of the world’s leading corporations, developers and contractors on both domestic and international projects.
