■Successfully litigated breach of contract action arising out of a failed joint development agreement, which resulted in a $16.5 million verdict for multinational client
■Defended multinational corporation from claims of business destruction in a contractual services dispute, which resulted in a multi-million dollar award for the client
■Led the Appellate Division to clarify the scope of a statutory tax exclusion on information services, which preserved the client’s right to the exclusion and overturned the decisions of the New York State Division of Tax Appeals and Tax Appeals Tribunal
