  1. Negotiations and mining law

The attraction of the Guinean mining sector for foreign direct investment (FDI) is undeniable. The experience of SYLLA & PARTNERS' team in the mining sector and their knowledge of structures and the ongoing reforms in this sector enable our firm to assist the clients in negotiating and implementing their mining investments projects:

  1. Energy and Infrastructures
    • Project financing and contract preparation

    • Tax audit

An anticipated tax audit is a controlled tax audit. This is particularly true in the current context where the tax administration is becoming increasingly aggressive.

Thus, in strict compliance with the rules of confidentiality, we will carry out tax audits or limited reviews on your behalf in order to identify for the periods audited the tax risks to which the company is exposed.

At the end of the audit we assist in the regularization of the identified risks.

Finally, we make recommendations with a view to establishing an internal procedure aimed at circumscribing the occurrence of these risks.

In addition to fiscal check, we assist on the basis of the complete financial statements, with the preparation of the tax restatement for the transition from accounting income to tax income, as well as the preparation of the income statement. We provide permanent tax assistance and offer our clients the opportunity to submit on their behalf periodic tax returns or conduct annual tax reviews and assist them during tax audits.
