Environment: The team has knowledge and experience in environmental and urban law advisory, licensing, environment training, due diligence, administrative and court proceedings, conduction of complex negotiations with the Public Sector.
Labour & Employment: The labour sector of the firm acts in the advisory and litigation business in judicial and administrative proceedings, in-company training, auditing procedures and labour routines, mitigating risks and reducing costs, representation before the Ministry of Labour and the Labour Prosecution Office; drafting and negotiation of collective bargaining agreements.
Dispute resolution team provides specialised and strategic advice on judicial, arbitration and mediation proceedings, including civil and commercial litigation, environment, criminal law, consumer relations, family and succession, construction, public and administrative law.
Assistance on structuring mergers and acquisitions deals, due diligence, investments funds, foreign and local investments, acquisition and sale of assets, preparing the organisation for going public.

Specifically, in relation to construction sector, it is a reference in records of real estate development, condominium institutions and conventions, as well as regularisation of areas, allotment and dismemberments. In addition, the team is currently advising specific clients from mall’s industry sector, which carries out more than 80 different commercial undertakings, such as shopping centres, strip malls and power centres all over Brazil.

Advice on tax review, compliance, planning, legal opinions, tax advisory elating to corporate transactions, due diligence, litigation on tax matters in administrative and judicial tax matters on a federal, state and local level.
