● For a tier one automotive supplier, we successfully closed a transfer pricing/valuation issue seeking duties and penalties of more than $60,000,000 that had lingered with U.S. Customs for more than 12 years prior to our representation without the collection of any revenue from our client.

● For a heavy manufacturing company, we represented the company in resolving an error in the non-filing of required Census reports for five years of exportations to that company's Mexican affiliate from the United States without the imposition of any penalties.

● For a general goods company, we closed out a $3,000,000 demand for back duties assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency pursuant to a NAFTA Verification upon the payment of $30,000.

● For a motor vehicle producer, we successfully resolved a voluntary self-disclosure regarding a client's inadvertent provision of unauthorized access to ITAR-controlled technical data by Foreign Persons with the Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls ("DDTC") through the issuance of solely a warning letter.

● For a wearing apparel importer and distributor, we developed a comprehensive program of documentation, training and supplier outreach intended to satisfy the stringent standards imposed under the Uyghur Forced Labor Protection Act.

● For numerous companies, we have evaluated and confirmed country of origin under the substantial transformation standard in order to determine the applicability of Section 301 tariffs to imported goods.

● For a global conglomerate, we drafted and worked with Congress to implement a tools of the trade provision under Heading 9801 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States.
