Mergers and Acquisitions

MDS represents entrepreneurs, corporations, private equity funds and family offices, both as investors/buyers and as vendors, in a range of share, asset, and hybrid transactions and sale of equity to financial and strategic buyers. MDS has experience acting in transactions ranging from less than $5 million to more than $700 million enterprise value, and is known for getting its transactions closed, often in complex circumstances.
