■ Borrower’s counsel for first-ever U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) loan guarantee for nuclear power plant construction and permanent financing (and largest loan guarantee made to date by DOE), with total commitments of $8.33 billion
■ Developer’s counsel for the first engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract in over 30 years for a new build nuclear power plant in USA, valued in excess of $14 billion
■ Issuer’s counsel for the offer and sale of $1.2 billion of senior unsecured notes in support of a $9.1 billion corporate energy industry acquisition
■ Buyer’s counsel for clients in the acquisition of over 2,180 MW of wind projects and 1,060 MW of solar projects across the USA
