The Dispute Resolution & Arbitration department at Marinovic & Alcalde Abogados focuses on cases that are complex, have high impact and/or involve especially sensitive matters for its clients. It offers assistance and representation in cases related with publicly-traded companies, corporate governance, and stock markets; litigation and arbitration involving huge construction and engineering, and mining, projects; dispute avoidance and claim management in long-term contracts; preparation and delivery of legal opinions/reports. Partner Enrique Alcalde is a prominent litigator and one of the 20 lawyers appointed to be part of an arbitration panel in cases of conflict between the ministry of Public Works and third parties.
