Privacy and data protection

The international experience of its founding partner Simone Lahorgue Nunes (Certified Information Privacy Professional / Europe CIPP – E, Certified Information Privacy Manager – CIPM and Certified Data Protection Officer – CDPO/BR) and the experience acquired during her tenure serving as co-chair of the Technology Law Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA) in the bi-annual term 2015/2016, provided LAA's team with a unique opportunity to develop a thorough knowledge of the European legal framework on this matter and specifically of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which inspired the Brazilian LGPD.
