Lacourte Raquin Tatar was established in 2013 and consists of 50 lawyers, of whom 16 are partners. Mergers & Acquisitions:

Public Law:
The firm’s public law team assists and represents state and local entities such as French provinces and cities, real estate developers and investors, industries, banks and constructors in all the fields of public law including in the context of litigation before French administrative courts. The team is particularly active in issues related to complex contract engineering, public ownership of land, city planning and zoning, administrative authorisations, environmental law and renewable energy law.
