We advise public and private companies, major industrial groups, French and foreign property companies (REITs), institutional investors and private equity funds, as well as real estate developers and managers. Our team handles all tax aspects arising in connection with our clients’ most complex transactions and also provides assistance in tax audit and tax litigation matters. We are actively involved with the French Property Federation (Fédération des Sociétés Immobilières et Foncières - FSIF), the French Federation of Real Estate Developers (Fédération des Promoteurs Immobiliers - FPI), the French Asset Management Association (Association Française de la Gestion financière - AFG), the Commercial Real Estate Observatory for the Greater Paris Region (Observatoire Régional de l’Immobilier d’Entreprise en Ile-de-France - ORIE) and the French Tax Advisors Institute (Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux - IACF) and we regularly teach courses on tax law at different French universities.
