Many times, more than one partner-level attorney will be involved at the triage stage. Sometimes that means that the next step is to draft a complaint or respond to one but not always. From experience, we know that litigation is not the right answer for every situation. Our approach is different from most other firms. When you engage our firm, you do not engage just one attorney or even just one partner. You engage the firm. Appellate: We have a track record of appellate litigation success before federal and state appellate courts. Our appellate counsel both protect wins and help to remedy lower court errors.

Arbitration & Alternative Dispute Resolution: We have the experience necessary to resolve complex disputes in and out of court forums – such as before an arbitrator or in a mediation, whether court-ordered or private.

Commercial Litigation / Business Divorce: We represent clients in complex commercial dispute resolution involving multiple parties, complicated agreements, contract disputes, significant assets, and high-stakes claims.

Corporate: We represent clients in various corporate matters, providing counsel on corporate formation, governance, and transactions. We help clients structure agreements and avoid disputes before they escalate into litigation.

Employment: We represent employers and employees in workplace and employment law disputes, including wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, and breaches of employment agreements for companies of all sizes.

Intellectual Property Litigation: We provide counsel on a wide range of intellectual property and contract disputes, including those related to trade secrets, trademark and copyright infringement, licensing agreements, and breaches of non-compete agreements.

International: We have significant experience managing cross-border disputes and litigation, whether in U.S. courts or international arbitration forums, guiding clients through every stage of the dispute resolution process.

Professional Liability: We represent clients in professional malpractice claims and disciplinary matters involving lawyers, medical care providers, and other licensed professionals on both the plaintiff and defense side.
