Banking & Finance:
The firm regularly represents international banks as lenders and underwriters in debt and equity transactions and also domestic financial institutions in local financings and capital markets transactions. The firm also represents borrowers and issuers, most notably banks, telcos and utilities. It also represented the Republic of Argentina in its final settlement with holdout creditors and its US$16,5 billion debt offering that meant the return of Argentina to the international capital markets.

Mergers & Acquisitions:
The firm is regularly involved into all aspects of corporate acquisitions and divestitures, in particular in the banking, telecommunications, utilities and oil industries, advising in the most efficient structures for each kind of transaction and also conducting due diligence and preparing and negotiating documentation and obtaining regulatory and antitrust approvals.
Have recently been involved in the acquisition of a controlling stake in Telecom Argentina and its merger with Cablevision.
