Our law firm focuses on services in French, providing legal advice to Francophone clients in the Czech Republic and to clients dealing with legal matters in French-speaking countries, primarily France.

Our lawyers are having experience with Czech-French cases concerning commercial law, debt recovery, family law (divorce, paternity, maintenance), inheritance proceedings and property acquisition. We provide defence in criminal proceedings conducted in French.

Brief History

The law firm Constelius s.r.o. has a tradition of more than 10 years. At the beginning it was founded under the name Šíp, Kadlec, Paikrová s.r.o. in May 2013.
