• One of the world’s largest integrated oil and gas services and solutions providers in a BRL 800 million dispute, arising out of an EPCI Contract for construction and installation of LNG supply system to a combined cycle thermal power plant (ICC Arbitration).
• A major Brazilian construction company in a BRL 180 million dispute arising out of an EPC Contract for construction of transmission lines (CAM-CCBC Arbitration).
• Brazil's largest retail and distribution group in two major disputes (BRL 650 million) arising out of the sale of a controlled company (ICC Arbitration).
• The biggest investment private equity firm in Latin America, in a CAM-CCBC Arbitration concerning several issues related to invested companies (BRL 750 million).
• The Brazilian branch of a renowned French energy group in an ICC arbitration arising out of an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract for the construction of solar power plants in the northeast region of Brazil (BRL 100 million).
• A Joint Venture (JV) between a construction company and an investment bank in a CAM-CCBC arbitration related to a build-operate-transfer (BOT) contract regarding a soccer stadium complex (BRL 30 million).
• A major sanitation company in a BRL 250 million dispute arising out of a public-private partnership contract for the concession of public sanitary sewage services (CAM-CCBC).
