The firm represents agribusinesses, real estate developers and construction companies agribusinesses, real estate developers and construction companies in the purchase and sale of properties, in structuring real estate developments, Built-to-Suit, Build-Operate-Transfer and Built-Lease-Transfer projects, as well as in financing agreements and real estate asset funds.

Tax:
The firm’s Tax Team advises businesses and consortiums on taxes and fiscal procedures in general at federal, state and municipal levels; provides tax planning services from inception until operation as well as any related corporate restructuring; and advises foreign companies and individuals on Brazilian tax laws, whether or not they are resident in Brazil.

International Work:
The firm provides legal advice to Brazilian clients in structuring and doing business abroad as well as to global companies willing to do business in Brazil.
