Arrow is a leading European fund investing in distressed and other assets with total capital commitment of c.€1.7 billion. Asertis is also financed by funds managed by AB CarVal, a global alternative investment manager with more than $14 billion AUM. Through its funding line from Arrow and AB CarVal, Asertis has the potential funding to consider funding litigation on a significant scale.
