To support its objective in accordance with the highest standards of performance, the firm sought from early on to mirror reference firms and successful business management models.

Along nearly 20 years of intense activity, Andrade GC has closely followed all major transformations that positively affected the state of Amazonas and developed legal expertise oriented to the business context of the region. Working with emphasis on the Industrial District of Manaus and applicable legislation, the firm offers a vast range of services encompassing integrated advice in several areas, including civil, consumer, contracts, real estate, corporate criminal, labour and tax.

Tax incentives offered to industries established in Manaus are extremely attractive but making them viable is not trivial and demands experienced counsel with an extensive knowledge of the local legislation. Besides being excellent on the technical side, the firm’s team always strive to go beyond the legal issues, understanding the objectives and strategies of each client’s business to, ultimately, become their trusted advisors. To ensure a differentiated and close client service, all lawyers maintain a higher level of availability and responsiveness, favouring the development of lasting and mutually beneficial relationships.

The firm’s work brings together a comprehensive and diverse range of practices and specialties that, over the years, consolidated its market recognition.

Andrade GC has three specialised practices that integrate services and activities aimed exclusively at meeting the distinctive demands of Manaus and the country’s North Region:
