What are Chambers Specialist Guides?

Unlike our regional and jurisdictional guides, Chambers Specialist Guides are global in scope but focus on a specific industry or practice area.

Chambers Specialist Guides comprises:

  • High Net Worth
  • FinTech
  • Litigation Support
  • Crisis & Risk Management
  • NewLaw

These guides all cover law firms and other professional services organisations specialising in each industry or practice area.

Law firm submissions to Specialist Guides

Law firms wishing to send submissions for the High Net Worth, FinTech, Litigation Support, Crisis & Risk Management or NewLaw guides should use the same submission templates and referee form as they do for the regional/jurisdictional guides. These can be downloaded from here

These should be completed and uploaded via the MyAccount portal on the Chambers website in the same way as other submissions.

You are permitted to provide up to 20 work highlights. The submission form is divided into a green section for publishable matters and a red section for confidential matters.

You can divide your 20 highlights between the publishable and confidential sections in any proportion. If you cannot include any publishable client names or work highlights, please feel free to delete the publishable section and add extra pages to the confidential section for matters 11-20.

You are also welcome to provide a list of no more than 20 potential references whom we can interview to get an objective view of your firm's services. These can be clients, third-party referrers, co-counsels or professional contacts at other organisations with whom you work closely on matters relating to the area for which you are submitting.

Please get permission from your references before including them on the form. We never tell firms which of their references have responded to our request for interview and all our interviews are conducted on a not-for-attribution basis.

Non law firm submissions to Specialist Guides

We accept submissions from many other types of professional services firms for the Specialist Guides. In the High Net Worth guide, we accept submissions from Accountants & Tax Advisers working in private wealth, Private Banks, Trust Companies and Wealth Managers, among others. In Litigation Support, we accept submissions from Litigation Funding organisations, litigation finance brokers and insurance underwriters, Business Intelligence & Investigations firms, Forensic Accountants, and many others.

Firms wishing to send a submission for any of these guides should use the Specialist Guides submission form. This can be downloaded from here.
