Chambers Webinar with White & Case: How Family Offices Are Changing The Game

About this webinar

The webinar will begin with a presentation of the EU’s latest anti-abuse measures, and notably its proposal of anti-tax avoidance directive ATAD3, and their implications for Family Offices.

The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion. Family Office direct investing is booming worldwide and changing the dynamics of acquisition structures, requiring established players to rethink and update their existing investment models. What does this mean from a legal and from a transactional perspective?  How Family Offices themselves adapt to their growth and professionalisation, from a governance perspective?
