What does this mean from a legal and from a transactional perspective? How Family Offices themselves adapt to their growth and professionalisation, from a governance perspective?

Simon Christian, Global Research Director, Chambers and Partners
Simon was a researcher and later a deputy editor on the Chambers UK team, before becoming editor of the Chambers High Net Worth guide. He has an LLB in Laws from University College London. He also studied for the BPTC at City Law School and was Called to the Bar at Middle Temple.
Christophe Goossens, Partner, White & Case LLP
Christophe Goossens heads the tax and white collar crime practice of our offices in Brussels and Luxembourg. He is registered with both the Brussels and Luxembourg (Liste IV) bars and practices in both jurisdictions. Partner Thierry Bosly is White & Case's Global Co-Head of Private Equity, and Head of the firm's Belgium and Luxembourg transactional practices. Marianna Galusová, Local Partner, White & Case LLP
Marianna Galusová is a local partner of the Prague office and a member of the Real Estate and M&A/Corporate practice groups. Marianna focuses primarily on real estate and M&A transactions and co-leads advisory on investment fund formation and related regulatory matters (including in the real estate segment). She has advised on formation and regulatory matters of most of real estate investment fund clients of Prague office, as well as on some of the most important and landmark real estate transactions in the Czech Republic in the past years. Elena Ruggiu is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London. Elena is a member of the EMEA Private Equity team. Elena focuses on private equity acquisitions and equity investments. She has advised on a range of corporate transactions including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Elena joined White & Case in September 2015 as a trainee, completing seats in both the private equity and the banking and financial restructuring departments, she also spent six months seconded to our Hong Kong office where she worked on funds formation.
