Thomas Abrahamsen, Partner - Advokatfirmaet Thommessen
Thomas is a corporate generalist attorney with substantial transaction experience, in particular within the upstream oil and gas-, oil service-, renewable-, industrial- and tech sectors. His broad M&A and corporate law practice includes corporate deals, asset transactions, fundraising processes and restructurings. He has been advising E&P companies on a range of issues, including a substantial number of license/asset transactions on the NCS. The last years, Thomas has also been advising renewable and tech companies in their growth and exit processes. He has been recognised in international legal rankings, both within corporate/M&A and oil and gas, for a number of years.
June Snemyr, Partner - Advokatfirmaet Thommessen
June Snemyr mainly advises clients within the oil- and gas industry, renewables sector as well as actors within alternative energy sources. She assists clients with energy and infrastructure projects, in regulatory matters, M&A and she regularly acts as legal advisor in commercial negotiations. June has substantial experience with offshore electrification projects, agreements on third party access to existing infrastructure, oil- and gas related M&A, questions under the Norwegian joint operating agreement, as well as infrastructure matters and product sales agreements. Further, she has a particular focus on new energy related industries, such as development of offshore wind projects, battery production and hydrogen projects. After having worked nearly five years as in-house counsel in total, June has in-depth industry knowledge and a practical approach to resolving the various matters with a business understanding our clients value.
Lars Martin Sveen, Managing Associate - Advokatfirmaet Thommessen
Lars Martin joined Thommessen in 2021 and has broad experience with capital market transactions and mergers and acquisitions. In addition to advising on small and large cap M&A transactions, such as Kongsberg Gruppen's acquisition of Rolls-Royce Marine, he has had a leading role in teams advising on a large number of private placements and Euronext Growth Oslo listings, both on the issuer and on the managers' side, which involves 25 Euronext Growth listings over the past 18 months, such as the listings of Hexagon Purus, Aker Offshore Wind, Aker Horizons, Aker Carbon Capture, Mercell Holding, OHT, Zaptec, Circa Group and Nordhealth and also the uplistings of Aker Horizons and Aker Carbon Capture. Further, he regularly assists on private placements and other main list transactions, such as the listings of Frøy ASA and Norske Skog ASA, AKKA Technologies' 2020 acquisition of Data Respons and in the 2021 public tender offer for NattoPharma ASA.
Thomas Green, Deputy Editor - Chambers and Partners
Thomas has been a part of the Chambers Europe team for many years, starting as a researcher and working his way up to Deputy Editor. Prior to working at Chambers, he was involved in the real estate and asset management sector. He graduated in English Language and Literature from the University of Leeds, before going on to complete an MA in Romantic Literature and Culture.
