Dennis Li, Head of Research, Greater China Region - Chambers and Partners

Dennis joined Chambers as a researcher on the Asia-Pacific team, before being promoted to Asia-Pacific Deputy Editor and later taking the role of Editor to head the Greater China Region. Having worked in China and the UK, he has considerable researching, editing and project management experience in media and publishing. He graduated with an MA in Publishing from UCL before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP. Dennis speaks fluent Mandarin and German.

She specializes in cross-border merger and acquisition transactions and represented overseas purchasers and sellers in designing transaction structure, drafting transactional documents, negotiating definitive agreements, and communicating with governmental authorities. Jessica also has extensive experiences in helping MNCs (especially in oil and gas, chemical and machinery industries) solve legal issues engaged by their Chinese subsidiaries in corporate formation and dissolution, licensing and regulatory, foreign exchange control, environmental protection, labor and employment, import and export control, cross-border E-commerce, contract review etc. Prior to joining GEN, Jessica worked for a prestigious US law firm for more than 8 years.

Yue Li/ 李月, Partner/合伙人, String Capital/ 开弦资本

李月女士是开弦资本合伙人，同时兼任中关村储能联盟投融资专委会的副主任，开弦资本是国内领先的民营新能源资产投资运营商，最近四年已经投资持有了800多MW的风电项目，并自2021年开始投资持有工商业分布式光伏电站。在加入开弦资本之前，李月女士于2014年负责筹建了国内最早的新能源融资租赁团队。在赴美国留学之前，李月女士在2005-2007年间参与了全球第一批碳市场的创业。李月女士本科毕业于中国人民大学环境经济学专业，硕士毕业于斯坦福大学国际政策研究专业 / Yue Li, Partner of String Capital, CEO of EnetF. She co-founded EnetF in 2015 and has helped finance a few dozen solar, environmental, and heating projects. Before that, she was vice president of Dragon Leasing in 2014 and organized the first solar project leasing team in China. She worked on distributed solar project finance in California from 2009 to 2012 and ran a startup on Clean Development Mechnism (CDM) project development and carbon finance from 2005-2008. She obtained a Master's degree in international policy studies from Stanford University in 2009 and a bachelor's degree in environmental economics from Renmin University of China in 2005.
