Celebrating Pride, an Interview with Luciano de Souza

In an illuminating interview, they discussed the various initiatives at Cescon Barrieu that promote LGBT+ inclusion, both during Pride month and all year round, such as discussion circles, a citizenship programme to ensure LGBT+ people are aware of their rights, and assistance for trans people who wish to update their legal documents.

Luciano also shared some of his personal experiences as a member of the LGBT+ community working in the legal profession, as well providing some advice for aspiring lawyers and looking to the future for a more inclusive profession.
