ZRVP regularly assists clients in disputes concerning contractual performance, shareholder conflicts, regulatory and administrative matters, insolvency-related litigation and competition issues. The firm also handles tax litigation and maintains an established practice in white-collar crime matters.
The firm is particularly recognised for its international arbitration practice, representing clients in proceedings administered by leading arbitral institutions, including the ICC, LCIA, VIAC, and SCC, as well as in ad hoc arbitrations, including under the UNCITRAL Rules and arbitration related procedures before the Romanian courts.
