We are probably the Band 1 firm with the most mandates for major PE players and we are selected legal advisor for major industrial players. In 2021, we i.a. represented SoftBank in its acquisition of 40% of the shares in Autostore, Norsk Hydro with the sale of its rolled products business and KKR in its voluntary cash offer for Ocean Yield.
