  • Commercial Leasing: offers in-depth leasing experience for all types of lease transactions, including office leases, retail leases, and industrial leases.
  • Design and Construction: represents clients in structuring and negotiating complex architectural, engineering, and construction agreements, including design-build/engineer-procure-construct, design-bid-build, and hybrid project delivery models.
  • Energy and Utilities: helps regional energy generators and merchants deal with complex regulatory mandates, build critical infrastructure, complete complex transactions, and advance industry issues.
  • Property Management: operating under the umbrella of Victoria Management Corporation, provides a full range of property management services.
  • Real Estate Transactions and Financing: offers in-depth experience in all aspects of real estate transactions, including sales and acquisitions, financings, foreclosures and workouts, and environmental matters.
