We assist in restructuring processes, particularly in-court restructuring, out-of-court debt restructuring, corporate and organisational restructuring, restructuring of assets and employment, as well as tax and state-aid aspects of restructuring.
We advise on transactions affecting the assets of entities in financial or organisational difficulty. We help negotiate, conclude and terminate contracts with distressed entities and secure contract performance if such difficulties arise.
We represent creditors and debtors (including persons responsible for managing the assets of the enterprise) in litigation, tax proceedings, state-aid proceedings and criminal proceedings arising from or related to restructuring.
We participate in the development of best practices and drafting of Polish and EU legislation. Our lawyers are members of recognised national and international organisations of restructuring professionals, such as INSOL International, INSOL Europe, and the Polish Association of Restructuring Practitioners.
We also offer our clients internal training tailored to their needs.
