About

Provided by Wardyński & Partners

We support clients in their current business operations, helping them achieve their business aims in compliance with the law. We represent clients in administrative proceedings before the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and the European Commission, state courts, and the Supreme Court of Poland.

We represent clients in merger control matters. We have obtained approval from the president of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) for over 350 concentrations. We coordinate the process of making simultaneous antitrust filings in multiple jurisdictions.

We advise on pricing policies, relations between suppliers and distributors, distribution systems, and exchange of information and cooperation between competitors. We advise in matters involving abuse of a dominant position, cooperation with antitrust authorities (leniency), and dawn raids by the competition authorities. We also represent managers charged by UOKiK with competition offences.

We advise and represent clients in matters involving protection of the collective interests of consumers.

We also assist our clients in payment gridlock issues, contractual advantage cases, unfair competition, and product safety, particularly in UOKiK proceedings.

Through our membership in the Antitrust Alliance (a coalition of specialised independent law firms) and Lex Mundi, we are positioned to provide comprehensive service in competition and consumer matters in most jurisdictions in Europe.
