We also assist companies wishing to register with the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) and stock market (BM&FBovespa) as publicly held companies, as well as in private investments in public equity offerings (PIPEs).

Our capital markets attorneys also specialize in the legal structuring of investment funds (FIPs, FIIs, FMIEEs, FIDCs, and FIAs), as well as in the public distribution of their shares.
