The team assists Brazilian and international clients in a broad range of cross-border and domestic transactions, especially in sophisticated aircraft, offshore helicopters and engine financing. We usually advise export credit agencies (ECAs), multinational banks, arrangers, lenders, financiers and lessors. Also, we have represented lessors, investors, banks and important creditors in relevant airline debt restructuring and bankruptcy processes, both in and out of court and in liquidation procedures.

On a different side, we advise clients on M&A transactions and, more specifically, Brazilian operators on forming complex corporate structures, as well as foreign carriers in setting up their operations in the country.
