The tax area of Urbano Vitalino Advogados has special attention in matters involving state and municipal taxes, notably ICMS and ISS. As for the former, it has a relevant role in the supermarket sector and the tax benefits related to this tax, with the Carrefour Group as the key customer. As for the ISS, it operates mainly in the hospital services and laboratories sector, with emphasis on Home Care Hospital. In addition, it has recently expanded its operations in the technology sector, with the work developed for Grupo MV Sistemas, as well as in the shipbuilding industry, with support to the tributary issues of Estaleiro Atlântico Sul.
