Consisting of 16 lawyers led by three practice heads and two leading partners and with vast experience in a wide variety of acquisitions and joint-venture deals, the commercially savvy team thrives in the dynamic environment where every deal is different. We differentiate ourselves in the competitive field by working closely with the clients to provide seamless and customised solutions, often adding value by being involved in structuring the deals.
