Dispute Resolution

The Dispute Resolution Department provides an immediate response to the needs of our clients in court and arbitration proceedings in civil, commercial, banking, tenancy, family disputes, wills, divorce, and adoption matters, among others. We collaborate constantly with the Public Law and Tax Departments in the cases they handle.

We frequently advise clients on corporate issues, debt collection, complex arbitration and can also handle complex default and bankruptcy proceedings. We also have independent lawyers who assist us in litigation in the provincial courts in various cities in Venezuela.

The lawyers in this department have extensive experience in handling all types of litigation before the courts of the Republic, including the Supreme Court. We also advise clients on the best ways to achieve out-of-court settlements, including the use of various alternative dispute resolution methods, and have experience in domestic and international arbitration.
