The banking and finance team is drawn from two departments (Corporate & Real Estate) who are recognised both at department and individual level by both of the major legal directories and rival London and national practices on client service, expertise and cost. As a consequence Thomson Snell & Passmore continued to retain its place on a number of lender/bank panels and is proud to have secured significant new lender and borrower clients and has grown our practice in acting for mezzanine lenders.

Thomson Snell & Passmore has a notable banking and finance practice across Kent. The team regularly acts for lenders and borrowers in a wide range of financing transactions. It is well placed to advise on acquisition finance, facilities and funding agreements.
