Our Government Contracts practice assists clients with all aspects of contracting with federal, state and local government entities. We work with clients to develop strategies to provide products and services to government customers; help them understand statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements; and create comprehensive, cost-effective compliance programs to ensure successful contract performance. We advise government contractors on their rights and responsibilities, from contract award and formation through performance, administration and contract close-out. We support clients in contract formation, performance and dispute resolution involving a variety of government agencies, and counsel them on compliance with government statutes and regulations, ethical and conflict-of-interest rules, socioeconomic programs and domestic preference requirements. We serve clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, defense, information technology, biodefense and life sciences, construction, telecommunications, intelligence and homeland security, transportation, and professional services and logistics support, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses. We have experience with a broad scope of federal, state and local government agencies, including the Departments of Defense, Health and Human Services and Energy, and the General Services Administration.
